Anyways can anyone provide some help. Used is fine. eBay also has a money back guarantee where if the item is as listed/described you can return it for refund, even if the seller says no returns. Worst that can happen is you don't have the money back from the motherboard for 1-2 weeks while the seller fights the refund (and they will be penalized if eBay rules in your favor and most sellers don't wanna risk that). Make sure you check seller feedback, if he has few/many past transaction which was positive it should be alright. Just make sure pay with paypal if really low chance ebay money back guarantee doesn't cover for it. As last result you pay with CC and charge back is pretty easy compare to debit card account.
