As said, just buy from a reputable seller, not some guy with 0 sales ever. Used is fine. eBay also has a money back guarantee where if the item is as listed/described you can return it for refund, even if the seller says no returns. Worst that can happen is you don't have the money back from the motherboard for 1-2 weeks while the seller fights the refund (and they will be penalized if eBay rules in your favor and most sellers don't wanna risk that).

Gaming - Ryzen 5800X3D | 64GB 3200mhz  MSI 6900 XT Mini-ITX SFF Build

Home Server (Unraid OS) - Ryzen 2700x | 48GB 3200mhz |  EVGA 1060 6GB | 6TB SSD Cache [3x2TB] 66TB HDD [11x6TB]

Make sure you check seller feedback, if he has few/many past transaction which was positive it should be alright. Just make sure pay with paypal if really low chance ebay money back guarantee doesn't cover for it. As last result you pay with CC and charge back is pretty easy compare to debit card account.

some people prefer a writing response in order to feel more secure about it.
