Logitech G502 mouse wont work

So i have a Logitech g502 spectrum mouse, that works fine on my old mouse pad. Then I bought a new extended mouse pad and suddenly it wont work! Anyone else have this problem?

 

By wont work i mean the cursor skips on the screen (like lag), but when I use the old mouse pad it doesn't happen.

Do i need to buy a new mouse pad?

You need to install the Logitech Gaming Software and find the calibration utility in it. Mine didn't track quite right on my Corsair MM300 until I calibrated it.

Shit I had no idea you needed to tune it each time a use a new mouse pad! It worked! Thanks!

Glad you got it working. Yep. Needs calibration for each surface you use it on. I thought it wouldn't make much of difference till I got this mouse pad.
