looking for a game where you fight cartels in bolivia

hello guys, i recently played a game at my friends house where you are a guy that has to fight against mafia cartels in bolivia. do you know the title of the game? i cant remember it. it was an open world game with super graphics

Only one I've seen is rebels spawning vehicles in retarded places.

sometimes:

- the little blue player indicator that shows up when you are downed, sometimes indicates me or my friends in different places from where our actual body is. If we're lucky it'll be within drone distance but sometimes we're down in another province across the map.

- the invisible ghost flies/drives vehicles, i.e. your body disappears on everyone elses screens, sometimes even your own. But you are still in control.

- game freezes up for everyone for a second or so

- sometimes people don't follow when you prompt them to. Happens alot with the R6 operative.

 

The game is fun, but weird shit happens some of it amusing, other times pretty annoying.
