first off all make sure your windows firewall is ENABLED (XBL straight up wont work when I got WFW disabled) then make sure you are not running a strict firewall on your modem/router.

I have fixed it! The problem wad that my pc wasn't on the correct time. As soon as I set the time to automatic it instantly worked!

I am having a problem where I can't play online  with Microsoft games like forza horizon 4 on Windows 10. On the Xbox App under network the server connectivity says blocked. I have tried many different commands in the command prompt as well as the ig helper thing as well. But nothing works. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Well I don't use Windows Firewall I use Norton Security. And it was working fine a couple of days ago so I don't know what's happened. Also my NAT type is on open.

When I get home I'll try uninstalling Norton and turn WFW on instead and see if that works. Thanks for the reply.

Hours of research, changing settings, forwarding ports, cmd line commands, changes to windows services. And it turns out it's this damn thing.  Turning ON the firewall fixed it.  Stupid.  I know its a year later, but thank you.
