Hi guys,,,

 

 

I heard rumors they going to make Direct X 12.5 before Direct X13, but I could be wrong they all go to direct x 13.

Know technology go to Direct X12.5...

 

Lets wait and See..

I don't think we'll ever see DX13. Superstition.

12.1 sounds more likely than a 12.5, similar to DX10.1.

A Lot of games/engines are still using DX11 AFAIK, like only a handful of games use DX12, unless new AAA games that have been, and will be coming out have been using/supporting DX12 lately (new games that support RTX (such as BF5) will be supporting DX12 considering RTX will require DX12 I think?). With that in mind, I don't think we will see a new version of DX12 until it becomes more mainstream & more people/games use it, unless it's a update to remove the Windows 10 requirement so people running as far back as Windows 7 can use DX12.1 or whatever it would be?
