Did I just get scammed? New 1080 for $65

eBay actually told you the account was compromised?
Anyway, it's probably good if eBay has cancelled the transaction as that should mean it will refund the funds to you.

 

A 1080 costs around AUD$800 in Australia... There's no way you will find one for sale for under AUD$100, not even used.

He gets the 1 in 100 sucker that doesn't return it for a myriad of reasons.  It's a numbers game, he isn't out for $65.  He's out for $65 times X number of suckers.
