Which is better,

 

Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 Dual-Core Processor 3.16 GHz 6M L2 Cache 1333MHz FSB LGA775 - Tray OEM Or an Anthlon 64 X2

Core 2 duo is 2 years newer, so it's better.

They're both awful though so I doubt you'll see the difference

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

If you want to run older games from  2000 to 2008 the duel core will work great.

 

 

Don't expect either to run modern game though.
