Multiple GPU Case

Hi everyone!

 

I'm trying to build the best possible machine for Octane rendering. For that I'm thinking of getting an Asus X299 Sage motherboard that can take up to 4 GPU in a tower or 7 GPUs if I use risers in server like case.

 

Any recommendations on a case to use with 4 GPUs or what kind of Case could I use for 7 GPUs? (for 7 GPUs I would have to use proper full risers, not PCIe 1x)

Think ltt already did videos with at least 2 cases I think that meet those requirements.

Main RIg Lian Li O11 MINI, I7 9900k, ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero, G.Skill Ripjaws 3600 32GB, 3090FE, EVGA 1000G5, Acer Nitro XZ3 2560 x 1440@240hz 

 

Spare RIg Lian Li O11 AIR MINI, I7 4790K, Asus Maximus VI Extreme, G.Skill Ares 2400 32Gb, EVGA 1080ti, 1080sc 1070sc & 1060 SSC, EVGA 850GA, Acer KG251Q 1920x1080@240hz

mountain mods gold digger case, you can add sides and top to it

 

its what I use but I got mine for horizontal mobo and that i can add different tops and fact I can use risers whenever I like

 

pic in profile I made my top though and prefer to keep it mine open cause I like to quickly tinker with other add in cards too
