issues with nvida softwear and drivers after rtx

has anyone else had issues with your 10 series nvida software lower games settings drastically and recommend drastically lower setting after the 20 series cards where preordering, mine started lowering setting from very high or ultra (that ran perfectly at 60fps) to very low and turned all options off even on older games like farcry4. has anyone else had these issue or knopw why it is happening or how to fix it?

could work I haven't tried that but I did update them and that made it worse hitting every game that isn't an esport.

Try it out, if not roll back to the last good driver via the nvidia website.

It's always better to do some actual troubleshooting first and have something to backup your claims before throwing around accusations.

well I never actually made any claims in that regard, I simply asked around if this issue was wide spread to do the timing and said it crossed my mind which it did, and if I ask around and I was a wide spread issue it would give me a good starting point. work smarter not harder.

yea but that's kinda good in a way since it really gives amd a shot to give us a fairly equal card for a lot less.
