On the R6 it comes with 2 intake and one exhaust 

i have an nzxt kraken x62 and if i pi the radiator in front and put 2 exhaust is that good or should I stick with one exhaust

Can you even put two exhaust? Most cases only have space for one rear fan.

Exhaust in top or bottom.

It's fine. You can stick that radiator anywhere and the case will be great. Pulling air in the front is probably the quietest solution though with rear top and rear both populated if you really want to use both. You shouldn't have any case cooling issues with only the one exhaust though.

Aye, but directional airflow can be pretty important. Just putting fans wherever isn't really a great cooling set up.

Ducting effects are pretty much non-changed from having open top vs closed top because there is so much excess space already. As long as you aren't blowing air in (or sucking out) from opposite sides, it really doesn't have much effect.

 

If we were talking about comparing against tightly ducted systems, I'd agree.
