Depends. Depends if the company cares about function over form. If they do, then they will not care so much on aesthetics. If they do not then no, they're probably not.

They probably do but variation is good thing.

As for 'crap products' probably might be mistake might be on purpose most of the time they'll know and be fixing it or just leaving it be as is and they just want the money.

How hard is it to make Black Noctua fans the only reson i dont buy them is cause i hate the look of them if they made them black then i would by them. and how hard is it to make a black PCB
