Low fps csgo acer nitro 5

So i have really low fps for no reason and i am frustrated because i have done literally everything there is to do my temps are normal windows and nvidia settings are all on max power, drivers are updated i am plugged in i have no clue what it could be

Go to nvidia control panel and check if cs go is running on igpu or nvidia gpu,if not run it with nvidia gpu

Its running on my 1050 and i have a 7300hq and my cs is running at 40ish fps on lowest settings while it should be 80-120

Read the whole thing i am plugged in and my cpu is at 52 and gpu at 60ish

My gpu usage is hovering around 30-40% and my cpu is hovering around 70% but not at 100% tho that is really wierd

I used to have a laptop with the same specs. Your CPU+GPU usage is normal.

 

Can I have a look at your in game settings and Nvidia Control Panel settings?

Ingame settings are all low multicore rendering is off and it was on before no change

And all my nvidia control panel settings are in Finnish

I'd have to change my windows to english or can i change just the nvidia control panel
