troubleshooting New case, PC won't boot

Hi, I'm currently facing a problem after my case arrived. It's a Thermaltake Versa H18. Before the case arrived, I use my PC without case for about 3 days and it worked just fine. And now, after I put it in a case, it won't boot to BIOS. My screen keeps showing no signal sign. Case fan, CPU fan, HDD, case's LED, are on though. And, everything I plug on the rear I/O panel are off, except speaker. Don't know why though.

My motherboard is Asrock AB350M-HDV and I did several things to troubleshoot. Reseat everything, boot without GPU, boot without GPU and RAMs, reseat all the power cables (CPU, 24 pin, PCI-E, etc), clear the CMOS, rechecked front panel cables.

After looked up on internet, I found it could be the case shorting the motherboard because the stand-offs that are not put properly or not align with the motherboard's screw holes. Then I found 1 stand-off that placed wrong, and I move it to another pre-drilled hole that align with another hole on motherboard. Still not posting.

Don't know what else to do or what could possibly wrong.

 

P.S. My front panel Power LED is a molex, not 2 single pin cables. So, what I plugged to the motherboard are only H.D LED, Reset SW, and Power SW.

 

I don't have friends that into PC so I can't borrow a part, and don't have any money left since I spent them all on this.

Take it out of the case and test.

Not home right now, but before the case is arrived, the PC worked just fine without case.

Didn't have the time to do it since I faced this problem at 3 to 4 AM. But will try to take it out of the case and boot it later.

You might be shorting something, that's why you should take it out of the case.

i see some screw holes without a screw and also no standoff underneath them.

 

if that is the case you very likely shorted the motherboard and possibly broke something.

No he didn't. Motherboards usually have protection against that.

I don't screw them because there're no pre-drilled holes at those spots

there should be the correct holes for the standoffs to perfectly fit the motherboards holes the case supports micro ATX and ITX and your mobo is micro ATX so it should be no problem.

Take it out of the case. Make sure it still works outside of the case.
