fresh install of OS onto SSD with some problems

I recently fresh installed my OS onto a SSD and have my old HDD formatted for general bulk stuff, however now somethings that are not on the drive with my OS on it are giving me problems. Such as Destiny 2 downloads but will not launch claiming "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)." when launched from Blizzard app. And claiming "this program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing" when I try to run it as an administrator. Some Nvidia shit is also doing some weird shit like that when I get to the desktop when I start the computer.

Nah it's supposed to be unplugged.

Idk what else could have gone wrong.

I assume you used the official media creation tool to make the USB and also installed all windows updates, right?

If I remember correctly I just put my windows 8.1 CD back in my CD drive and downloaded it again. I couldn't figure out how to do the USB
