You'll have to search for a benchmark done with that CPU or something kind of comparable, like a Ryzen 3 1200/1300X/2200G

Preferably the benchmark is done on low settings or just with a higher end GPU, this should cover most, you should have around the same performance as Ryzen 3.

The max potential, or highest fps you could hope to hit is in the GTX 1080 results, the 1070 or any GPU can hit that by saw dropping to 720p low settings.

I currently have i5 4460 + gtx 950 mainly use for pubg and its been a lot of stutter and fps drops, and my 950 fan is broken so i need to buy a new gpu. What should i get between 1060 6gb or 1070? I have no plan to buy new gen processor and mobo etc at the moment but have plan to buy benq 2411p 144hz monitor.

RIP

A 1060 5GB/6GB is fine for 1080p 144hz gaming in most cases

wouldn't recommend the 1060 3GB to anyone.

also wouldn't recommend wasting money on g-sync. a free-sync display would still work fine as a monitor.

CPU's bottleneck refresh rate
GPUs, bottleneck resolution/quality

Your CPU is fine for 60hz and should get over 100fps in plenty of games.

THe 1060 is fine for 1080p gaming and some 1440p gaming

1070 is more for 1080p 120fps at Ultra and 1440p and up.
