is the gigabyte windforce 1070ti a referance pcb and if so could i flash it with the founders edition rom?

No it's a custom PCB.

 

Besides, why would you want to do that?

According to EKwb's database the WindForce GTX 1070Ti DOES NOT use a nVidia reference PCB.

ok just some weird artifacting and was gonna rule out the bios as one reason
