Having issues with Microsoft Related Apps starting from today

00:16 When running other apps, clicking on Search doesn't pop it up

00:22 Search only pops up when clicking from the Home Screen

00:26 Again, can't popup Search when not in Home Screen

00:29 Clicking URL Bar on windows edge, it seems like when i click it, the icon to the right of the bar makes animation like it's being clicked.

00:40 Same thing happened again when in Settings app. Clicking anything on the left side of the screen would make it seems like the right side of the screen is clicked.

 

These things only happen in Microsoft Associated Apps. I don't have issues in Chrome or anywhere else.

 

I tried fixing the apps using GetAppX command and the issue is still there.

I have tried a fresh install of Windows, problem still persists.

I have tried using other keyboards and mice, still the same.Weird.

What version of Windows 10 do you have? Do: Win+R, and type: winver, and hit Enter

reinstalling? Why did you uninstall it?

 

I don't know what you do with your system... but that is probably the issue.

Sorry meant to say I'm currently updating Windows because I have just reinstalled Windows.
Reinstalled windows because the problem happened and i tried reinstalling Windows app using GetAppX command but it still is having issues.

Cortana is not available in Malaysia by the way.

 Even if Cortana is disabled you still have the Cortana icon. You have done something more, which broke something.

Doubt that i would  broke something if i had just freshly installed Windows (i did that GetAppX thing prior to reinstalling Windows).
Anyway i've seen computers in Malaysia having only that Search thing instead of Cortana symbol, only way to have Cortana in Malaysia is to set the region to United States.
And still doesn't explain why the Settings and Microsoft Edge doesn't work correctly.
