can rainbow six siege run on Linux?

i'm building a pc for someone and Linux for that system is a great option. however i don't know if rainbow six siege runs on Linux... can someone tell me if that game is easy to get to run or not?

not even with dxvk etc? i'm very familiar with Linux and i don't mind spending a little bit of time getting it to run...

that game is on steam. i'm asking because i don't own it so i can't test it, and i want the most up to date info, considering how quickly wine etc develops.

You could make pci passthrough and install windows on virtual machine and play any games you want.

From memory it does run Via proton, but it takes a bit of fiddly work.  Or it did.  I imagine with API updates, and the new version of wine dropping recently that was integrated into proton, it probably runs.  Theres also a list of user-tested g
