Posted September 27, 2018 Build 2 exact same setups, maybe put it in the worst case imaginable. 9590, several 480s in sli. Overclock them both to same baseline. Remove the existing thermal solutions on the gpus and cpu, psu, mb vrms. Set a budget. Put it through the same load test. 2 metrics of performance, load temperature and noise levels.
