Can a GT1030 LP run on 180W PSU?  

My PC link HP Slimline 270-p033in 2017 Tower Desktop (7th Generation Intel Core i3-7100/4GB/1TB/Windows 10 Home/Intel HD Integrated Graphics).

There was one guy who had similar prebuilt PC here, his PSU fried because he switched to GT 1030 GDDR5 GPU. His PSU was 180W too.

As long as you don't plan to stress the system I guess you'll be ok

Honestly, I wouldnt even try. 250-300W PSU's can take take it just fine but 180W? Thats just an accident waiting to happen :/
