Could you explain this fan set up

could someone explain what he's talking about and if it actually would keep the case pretty dust free. Thanks!

I can guess he is talking about pressure negative/positive even without looking at the video. yes it is partly true as the air pressure inside the case will allow the fans to intake air and dust but the rear fans due to pressure wont give the dust a chance to sit and settle down before its blown out the back. BUT it reduces dust it wont 100% stop it. Personally I don't even have a side on my case.

So how does it work? are all the fans just sucking air through the front and passing it out the back?

There are more fans pushing air into the case. If you put dust filters over the intake fans then there is theoretically very little avenue for dust to enter your case as all the other openings are exhausting air.
