And if they are how mutch does a custome case cost? I was planning on doing a mITX build but the only mITX Case that will fit what i wanted to do would be the prodigy. And the prodigy is huge.  What i need the case to support is a 166mm heatsink (Bequiet Dark Rock 2), Full ATX PSU (Corsair RM Series 1000 Watt. Why 1000? Retailer made a mistake and i got two at the price of one.) A GPU length of 287mm (Asus DCU2 780ti), at least 2 120/140mm fan spots and 4 SSD'S (4x 1tb 840 evo) (Velcro all the way). Will this case be a lot smaller then the prodigy? Or a my expectations set too high?

Thanks.

Assuming that you mean custome, I would have to say that building your own is probably your best chance of getting what you want. Most places charge a huge premium and you might not get exactly what you are looking for.

Custom not Custome.

And yes they are a thing. though Ground up custom is a rare thing.

Look at Caselabs, they are the closest you can get to a Custom Case.
