He's asking for way too little, even if it was given to him, he could get a lot more than that. it's too good to be true, most likely stolen, regardless of what he's saying.

Why are you guys still arguing about this?
1) it's CLEARLY AND BLATANTLY A SCAM.

2) the guy wants to meet you at his house so he can MURDER YOU. Why do you think he said "no costco, starbucks or halfway house?"

 

Any HONEST seller would meet you at a safe place.  Like a police station.  Police even WANT people to meet them there for sales so they know they can be safe.

If someone meets this guy in person and you get injured or killed, it's your fault for being an idiot.  Sorry if that hurts someone's feelings here.
