why do i always get this notification?

every time i clean install Windows i get a notification: the diagnostic level has been set to basic by your administrator or organisation. (rough translation, my windows is in dutch)

 

what does that mean? why am i getting it?

correct. i did set it. but why is it saying that it's been set by my administrator...

Because in this case you are the administrator, as you did the setup yourself.

so it does that for everyone who does a clean install? interesting.. i did not know that.

If they select the basic option yes I believe it does, certainly does it for me everytime.
