Can someone explain why companies like the Verge spread false information like this?

For those that didn't watch it, to name a few errors

Installing RAM in an incorrect configuration
Not knowing name of CPU socket
Incorrect names of zip ties
Not understanding anti-static bracelet
Not knowing name of I/O Shield
Throwing away CPU socket cover
Not understanding what vibration pads for PSU are.
PSU fan blowing inside case

Just to name a few. New builders should not follow this build or similar ones. Channels like LTT, Paul's Hardware and Bitwit are good options.

I'd like to hear your thoughts on why reputable companies like the Verge try and act like they know what they're doing, it seriously makes me question them as a media outlet. Just do a little research, we've all taken time to learn these things, it's not rocket science,
