What budget/country?

What kind of games?

Anything besides gaming?

Why 240hz?

In addition to what @LienusLateTips suggested, I'd recommend looking at a case that has a PSU shroud. They go a long way in helping to clean up the look of a build.

The S340 Elite is what I opted for, but there are a number of other options

Will also potentially make your GPU run hotter. Should always just go for airflow first. Like with a Mesh C, Focus G, or CM H500

Us 2500$ like I said pubg battlefield overwatch not really maybe video editing in future because it's too or it's not worth it ?

Don't exactly need to max out the budget for a solid PC.

Vegas or Premiere? if undecided I'd go Vegas so there's no monthly fee.

Unless you're like a pro gamer just grab a 1440p 144hz IPS display, will be better for daily use, doesn't matter that it's free-sync.

Would you like to consider either of these two coolers instead? They look a lot nicer.

Thermaltake Floe Riing RGB 240 TT Premium Edition

Thermaltake Floe Riing RGB 280 TT Premium Edition

Also, that GPU price is expensive for a Duke. You might want to consider a different 1080 Ti
