So I have a Ryzen build in the works on paper. I have most of the parts set in stone except for the Case/CPU cooler and that primarily due to portability/ possible thermal issues. I also have a slim Blu-ray drive which will have to be used externally on the Silverstone case vs internally on the fractal with my bracket. mainly to rip my Blu-ray collection to offload to my home server. I don't go to LAN parties much but I like the separate chamber design on the Silverstone.

core 500 pros

Blu-ray drive support

small shoe box design

better drive support

cons

components crammed in small space

possible thermal issues as a result

Milo pros

slim design

handle for transport

separate chambers for GPU and CPU

Cons

no DVD drive support for ripping blurays

There both beautifully designed cases. If you end up with a beefier CPU cooler you may want the Fractal Design case but if you get a low profile one I would go for the Silverstone.

just download the ML08 manual it does support Bluray drives. I'm sold.
