So it would be good to buy used? Since it's made to last longer?

Most people have a decade old cheap membrane keyboards that still work.

The QC is true though, the Cherry MX are supposed to be very consistent in the feel with a very minimum variation between the individual keys as the tolerances are much tighter.

But that doesn't really makes them automatically better.

Highest factor is still the user preference and price.

My keyboard is open boxed, I don't know if I would buy used tho.

if you are buying used, make sure to test EVERY key,

making sure they all feel the same and all work.

then test N-key rollover by smashing the keyboard.

I found a Razer Black Widow 2013 with Cherry MX Blues for around 12 euro.

Pretty damn cheap. At the moment I'm using a membrane keyboard so i figured the mechanical route would be a good upgrade, and this one seemed good since I haven't got that much money that i could throw at a new keyboard. And to add to that, cheapo Chinese keyboards aren't really an option because they don't have the Danish ( Nordic ) layout.

Their quality is okay but it lacks of variation.

So it might limit your option.

There are tons of choices out there such as gateron, topre, romer g, or even the new analog switch that has 2-3x longer lifespan than cherry but its more expensive

Behold the power of Chuck Norris the forbidden one.

I know that Cherry MX switches are sorta premium quality switches.

No they're not. They're pretty middle of the road. They used to be when they held the patent. Since that expired a lot of clones popped up and in the last few years they've been surpassed. Gateron (including Zelios), Kailh and Outemu all have better and more varied offerings now.

Wow, the seller says that it actually has Kailh switches, what a coincidence.  And you say that these are better?

What seller?  Kailh's own switches are better. But they also manufacture switches for other retailers like Razer(at least they used to) and those are quite bad. So be sure what the seller means.

Oh, it's on a Razer board so I guess I'll have to check.

Can confirm this, both for Kailh and for related switches. My roommate got a board of some kind with blue clones, and the board didn't last three years before some of the switches themselves got mushy and unresponsive.
