No screen, keep restarting, fans running with Ryzen 2600x

I'm in need of desperate help. I've checked almost everything including a check list in other sites, but I couldn't make it due to lack of my circumstances; this is my first build so I don't have any spare parts of systems. I couldn't even get to bios or any screen with that respect.

Here are my specs:

Ryzen 2600x + stock cooler

Team Vulcan 16GB 3000MHz

Asrock B450M pro4

RX 580

Meshify C

SuperFlower SF-500 Golden Green HX

Basically, it just keeps restarting. The monitor was functional, fans are running, but after about 15~20 seconds, it just reboots and this process never ends. I got rid of the rams but no message is shown on the monitor. Currently all the usb ports are not used.

One thing about RAM though; this is my first time building, and I couldn't make it perfectly fit to the slot. My mobo's RAM slot only allows one part of the end to be opened, and if i press hard enough, that part automatically locks in, but if I apply some force to the other side trying to pull out, it does pull out from the slot. Is this normal, or should I apply EVEN more power? I'm kind of nervous now... I mean I pushed hard already several times.

I only have a laptop, so my methods of testing are limited. Thanks for listening to this pathetic situation and please help this first time builder...

you should feel a click when inserting the RAM. If it isn't straight and you don't hear a click it isn't in yet. But forcing something in isn't a great idea, look in the motherboard manual if you are not sure how your RAM slots work and check if the ram is DDR4

@stefanDB  I did hear the click sound, and the RAM is DDR4.

So I found out that the location of the HDLEDs was slightly off; there are 2 gnd next to reset and I didn't notice that one of the HDLEDs was fit into a gnd.

But the symptom is the same; no screen, just keep rebooting...
