Western Europe, more specific i don't like to get.

Then what site should I look from? There are too many cards that can be the best for you.

Iam asking this, since i've heard from others, the 1 fan ones run at 80°C which is a bit worrying, if you get what i mean.

Then I think outlining cards you should avoid buying is more useful?

1. Not the blowers. Blowers use one fan on the far right to blow air across and out from the I/O area, for example the reference 1080 from Nvidia.

2. Single fan models and MSI Armor should be avoided. Those run a bit hot and loud.

Also, keep an eye on the 1070ti. They are 5-10% slower than the 1080, but more like 15% cheaper in most cases.

Thanks for the tips, that helped alot. But sadly, in my area there arent a lot 1070TI's so its generally a bump in price.

Personally I use a MSI DUKE 1080 and it comes with a decent factory overclock so you don't have to do anything. It was originally for Asian markets then they brought it to the US, so not 100% sure if its available near you. But if it is, it is usually cheaper then the rest as it isn't flashy with a ton of RGB. Also it's cooling is very good and has 3 fans. I never get above 70c and that's with an overclock.

Dam. Well I do like MSI's Gaming X series of cards, had one of those on an AMD rx480 prior to my 1080 and that cooler worked very well for me too, and that's with a hotter AMD card. so may be worth a look for MSI Gaming X 1080. That's all I've personally had experience with though.

I’d just get a reference from any brand, even a dell refurbished if they are available. What ever comes up the cheapest around you would work. I’m sure you have a used market and amazon/eBay available to you.

AFAIK its a blower card, which was to be avoided, suggested by Jurrunio.

That sounds about right, the Gaming X is a little pricey (being it is MSI's premium brand). I almost got that Gigabyte WF 1080 before I found the DUKE, if that helps you at all. The Gigabytes ones did seem to be the cheapest with a 3 fan setup and didn't have terrible reviews.

It’s gonna perform the same so it doesn’t matter. Your case will effect everything more than the card will.

A solid GTX 1080 (no TI) and i would like a name or a link, if possible. Please don't spam me with the popular brands, it can even be some underground GTX 1080, which is actually one and preforms like one. Also, i don't plan on overclocking, so give me your best!

Aliexpress, maybe?

Didn't LTT just buy a 5GB 1060 and a 1080 ti from that site and featured it in a video review?

IIRC, they were sketchy parts but testing proved that the 1080 Ti was similar to other more established brands but cheaper. Maybe you could get as lucky as them and get yourself a cheaper 1080? :)
