so i was swapping out my CPU, an i3 4170 for a i5 4690k. put the i5 in and then got no video signal at all. changed the cable and monitor and checked the GPU, still no luck. Took the GPU out and connected with onboard via DVI still no luck.went to swap back to the i3 and noticed a few bent pin. oops. Ive got no other mobo to test the CPU's or GPU. Will they be ok, can the CPU be damaged from bent pins? can bent pins cause no video out signal?

Thanks in advance.

Bent pins can definitely cause no video output.

It's also possible for it to kill your CPU or other components.
