Just got new pc build back from shop

MrEleven1181

So just got a gaming pc made from my daughter at my local shop. Told the guy 5 fans and want 3 intakes at front and 2 on top exhaust and 1 at back exhaust. Hes did them right apart from 2 at top they are intakes, i am guessing this is bad and needs fixed ? Also i have the asus rog sticks b360 f gaming mobo and the ram is in slots 3 and 4 is this another mess up ? I thought it went 2 and 4 or 1 and 2 ?

nothing is wrong here. as long as they are in alternating slots it is fine.

also airflow config is largely irrelevant.

a tip from me: never order a "gaming pc". asking for specific things is allways the best way

Fan situation, not much of a problem. Might be better as the CPU and RAM is getting fresh air directly. With the RAM situation, yea it is recommend to use slots 2 and 4 for two sticks.

That is a feature of ROG boards. This thread should maybe help you. In a nutshell, you can disable it within the BIOS.
