Hey guys, I have an unknown program running in my PC, using a lot of CPU and I'm afraid it's some sort of Virus or Miner.

YOU CAN SEE IT HERE

Then, when I'm going to the file location it opens this:

YOU CAN SEE IT HERE

Even though I probably shouldn't try this, I've tried to delete it and I have no authentication even though I'm the only owner.

What can I do?

I had this problem with svchost before, did you recently updated your BIOS?

// EDIT

+ If not and it could possibly be a virus, try backing up important stuff such as images, game configs, project files, and do a complete OS reinstall.

Thanks for the help, it's indeed Hebrew.

What can I do if it's not a virus and such?

Can I fix it?

And I never had it before, started in the last week, cpu indeed working harder.

run malwarebytes, run an antivirusscan of choice, if those both come up empty chances are fair it's a software issue, rather than malicious software

Of the virus? I wish. I don't have or even know about it. I was joking.

If you open the link it should start downloading straight away.

Can't install, the installer gets crash too.

Can you reinstall windows, and use malwarebytes+antivirus the next time?

Just backup your important stuff before.
