Program to hear own voice

Are there any programs that will allow me to hear my own voice while talking? I know some headsets can do this on their own. With headphones that isolate the noise it feels hard to talk normally.

Go to sound options in windows, click on your microphone, go to properties and check off the box that says "Listen"

I can do it in ur windows sound settings but tbh I'm wondering why you would want this

the windows sound settings have way too much lag to actually be usable while recording or talking.
