IIRC you won't need to reinstall the entire OS, just drivers and stuff for the new mobo, chipset, etc.

You should just reinstall your OS to make sure there aren't any issues.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...
