Will a product with ethanol and isopropanol remove my thermal paste?

Title says it I guess. It’s a anti bacteria bottle with ethanol and isopropanol. I’ve heard isopropanol will remove the paste, but will the combo of ethanol ruin anything and/or will it remove it? First time doing it.

I wouldn't.  Isopropalyne (sp?) is dirt cheap.  Grab some at a store for like $2.  Can also apply to open cuts as an antiseptic.
