Alternate is a solid European store. Although I only have experiences with the Dutch part of the store I assume their German part is good as well.

im trying to get some info from them, i emailed them but they didnt reply yet. i dont speak german and google translate, while helping alot, is not helping enough. i cant find a way to check how much would it cost for them to ship it to croatia, also it beats me why this gpu is cheaper like 70e than other cheapest 1080ti
