For 4K this is all you are going to need. You can go for a top of the line CPU, but its not really neccesary as 4K is the "great equilizer".

 

If you need a new CPU you can slot in a new one in the future in the same mobo after a simple BIOS update

@Moryjaan i would like to say ive forgotten a important thing in the build. And that is a wificard. Just get something decent and you are good to go.
