and how do i pop out the battery cell?

There should be a prong that you bend back, and it should pop out on it's own.

What's wrong with it?

If you bend it back all the way, it should pop out.

A small flathead screwdriver should also work.

Incorrect thermal paste application shouldn't stop a system from booting.

i know. it would take maybe 5 min to overheat and shut itself down. not 30 seconds. and when i turn it on and i put my hand over the heatsink i couldn't feel any warm air coming from it.

could be the heatsink not seated properly. would the hard drives not being funtional be a problem? the system doesnt detect them. at least the main one it detects the ssd sometimes

Power supply sounds like more of a problem, or faulty RAM.

I'm waiting on making a decision on the RAM until I hear the results from a different PSU.

We got it to work. Thank you. It wasnt the psu. I didnt put enough thermal paste on. Well thats what happens whne its your first time doing that
