Small ITX Case?

shirokado

What are some small ITX cases? And don't say prodigy, that thing is huge.

I'm going to be useing a ASUS p8Z77i-Deluexe with a noctua NH-L9 no graphics card. Smaller the better. Slimmer the better.

That's not really on the small side either. It's pretty big.

What are you using the system for?

Do you already have the motherboard and cooler?

If you ever need help with a build, read the following before posting: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/

That is exactly what I'm NOT looking for. ATX PSU and long GPU support makes the case too big.

I posted in the OP that I have a p8z77i-deluexe and a noctua nh-l9i. Well I'm not going to game on it, I'm going to use simple stuff like MS publisher and maybe indesign.

how can anyone not want the new itx raven? its complete awesomeness!

its also big. If I was building a performance ITX machine, the raven or the asrock M8 thing would be awsome, but I'm building a small machine.

The problem is that it's an obsidian series case, which means it has flimsy build quality. This isn't up for debate, corsair obsidian cases look great, but theyre built really flimsy, I know its because they use aluminum, and aluminum isn't as sturdy as steel. But I can't tolerate knowing that i can bend the side panel easily with my hands. And that case is as big as the prodigy. Too big for what I'm looking for. It's pretty hard to find a small case. Lian Li seems to have some small cases so I'm looking into them.

This case actually looks pretty good. I'm going to have to look into the measurements before I decide on it though.

How come no one has mentioned the EVGA Hadron? Am I the only one that is completely in love with it?

It's not that great, good first attempt though.
