How to use SSD FOR WINDOWS AND HDD FOR GAMES

Hiiii guys I need Help please help me 

I have 1) 120 GB SSD and

            2) 500 GB HDD 

I want to use SSD for windows and want to play games on HDD . I tried adding windows and steam on SSD and csgo on HDD but it lags as hell .I though it would be a Nvidia control settings issue but I tried everything possible with graphics card. 

 

  I cannot play any game I use to play can go with like 120 fps and now it's 12 fps 

Please help me
