Posted August 25, 2018 We have a smaller shed in our garden where I would like to have good wifi reception but with the AP inside our main house. Is there something like a directional antenna that I can use to "project" the signal? Or will I just have to get a cable or a more powerful router with a larger antenna over all? If there's anything you can recommend that would really help. tia! Folding stats Vigilo Confido
 Posted August 25, 2018 How far is the shed from your main house? It really depends how much you going spend on it. The best would to run a Ethernet cable to the shed and hook another AP or other equipment such as computer/laptop etc. You could also grab some outdoor wifi which can give your whole backyard wifi connectivity. I don't think getting a more powerful router won't help much. Magical Pineapples
