Case Suggestions!

Building a new PC later this year. Plan so far:
CPU: i5-8600K

Mobo: Strix z370-E

GPU: strix oc GTX 1080 

Storage: 250GB M.2 samsung 970 evo SSD 

CPU cooler: 240mm corsair H100i V2

RAM: corsair vengnace LPX 3000mhz 1x16GB (prefer 32gb but prices still high)

Any recommendations will be highly welcomed! Thanks in advance!

Note: Many brands of cases aren't avaliable here, e.g. thermaltake, in win, etc.

Where is 'here' which will directly impact what you can buy and how far your unit of money goes?  Give a budget for the case, case feature requirements, etc.

We will need your momo choice to decide the case most common form factors are MicroATX, ATX, I would not go smaller then that with the video card you've chose. Though again with the video card in mind you'll likely be going for ATX in which I would suggest these 2 cases. I would say either of these are great ones. Good air flow great for both air, and water cooling.

Is there anything in particular that you're looking for in a case?

Get a 2x8GB memory kit. The motherboard supports four memory slots, so another 16GB or 32GB of memory can be added.

About the RAM sticks I'm hoping to maybe upgrade to 32GB of RAM later, in case 16GB isn't enough to run my KSP saves...

I do need a case to fit the ATX mobo but short enough to fit under my loft bed

Starting with a 2x8GB kit gives a small performance improvement over a single stick of 16GB. Since the motherboard listed has four memory slots, adding a second 2x8GB kit at a later time would upgrade memory to 32GB.
