windows 10 16gb drive?

is there a way i can install windows 10 to a 16gb ssd? if so which version?

You can put normal windows 10 1803 x64 on a 16gb ssd. Ive done it. Nothing special you need to do.

How much space is left after the install? Able to install updates?

about 3gb if I recall right, should be a bit of space for updates, but probably not for the big 1809 one. Probably need a reinstall for that or a external drive.
