They appear to be the same Spec. Although in my experience I've had better results overclocking Corsair RAM past Spec than GSkill.

it looks like both of these are optimized for x299. Either should work but i've seen a lot more people reach stable XMP settings with ripjaws over corsair.

For best performance and compatibility on ryzen, you may want to consider memory which uses Samsung B-die. You might want to refer to this
