Star Wars KOTOR 2 Can't Enter Sith Academy

Hi guys. So when I tried to enter the sith academy on Koribban it wont load the level. it will let me pause the game but wont load properly. I have the TSL Restoration mod and windows 8.1. I tried uninstal and reinstal the game but that wont for me. I also tried to run in compatibility mode but still wont work for me. Is there anything I can do to make it work?

Playing Kotor and your name is Kyle? I like this guy! Maybe try removing the TSL Restoration mod.
