Buy from a local retailer. Ive had luck with UPS and USPS, Not sure if Newegg will pick a different carrier but you can try. 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

Or it got hit by a Fork Lift. Or the FedEx guy thru it over a fence (the local news actually caught one doing that before).
