5.25 bay HDD question

I know there are ways to mount a hard drive into an empty 5.25 bay, but I was wondering if there was one out there that also silences?

 

I don't download the entire Internet and have the cages removed for air flow reasons and the reason mentioned before how I don't need tons of hard drives. What mounting system is out there that houses 1 3.5 HDD that also silences it? Ideally I would like this not to be expensive. Looking for a single bay 5.25 enclosure for a standard hard drive that also can silence.
