Last question :

Scenario: I put 2× 4gb ddr4 ram in my motherboard (MSI B350M gaming pro).

If i wanted to upgrade from 2× 4gb to 16gb of ddr4 ram.Would there be enough space in my motherboard or would I have to replace my 2× 4gb ram?

Look at pics of the MB.  Does it have fur memory slots?  If no, you have to replace your 2x4gb RAM with 2x8gb RAM.  If yes you can add another 2x4gb RAM to your existing 2x4gb RAM.

Guess not, I'll get 1×8gb then later make it 2×8gb ram.2× dual channel means it has only has 2 ram slots, right?

Go to the manufacturers website and LOOK at it.  Google is a thing.

Can a mid tower atx case support atx and micro atx boards?

Larger case can house smaller parts, yes.

Can I get 40+fps on GTA V 720p medium settings with : 8gb ddr4 ram, ryzen 2400g cpu using Vega 11 graphics?

Certainly not using a single stick of RAM.  1 stick of ram gives 50% of the performance of 2 sticks when using integrated graphics.

If going with the APU, just get 16gb of ram now.  It is a purchase that you will not regret in the future.  Especially if you ever want to have chrome open (example: for internet radio, game guides, etc) while you game.

So GTA v is unplayable with 1×8gb ddr4, ryzen 2400g with vega 11 graphics even at normal settings (low) at 720p,

but what about csgo, borderlands the pre sequel and just cause 3,assassins creed black flag (that's a cpu intensive game),skyrim and GTA IV at 720p low or medium settings?Playable fps to me : 40fps+ won't mind dips into late 30's
