Windows 10 crashes on new computer?

Hey, so recently I built a new computer, and have run into some difficulties with Windows 10 seemingly randomly crashing. Although it doesn't happen that often, it still happens often enough where I'm concerned. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Is there a solution to this crashing?

The exact error code that Windows gives me is: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

It fails to send information, and freezes at 0% while trying to restart.

My bios is up-to-date, although not all my drivers are.

Also, I am using fuzedrive for AMD with both of the drives in my computer, however after talking to their support I'm fairly confident that it isn't related.

  • Some AMD B350 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Pinnacle Ridge CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions.
  • The motherboard M.2 slot #2 shares bandwidth with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s port. When the M.2 slot is populated, one SATA 6.0 Gb/s port is disabled.

IDK about this, these are the issues with your build according to PCpartpicker.

Rx580 Red Devil

Msi b40 tomahawk

Ryzen 5 2600

NZXT H500

Arctic Freezer 33

EVGA supernova 650 watts 80+ gold

1x Corsair SSD

@Crunchy Dragon That's what I feared, but I was hoping maybe it wasn't the issue. Luckily this was a recent build, so my ram are well within warranty. I'll look into replacements if there are no other suggestions. Thanks for the suggestion.

@HK - 47 My bios is up to date, and the second one shouldn't matter with my set up. Thanks for the suggestions though.

My computer crashed again, this time with the error DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION, which seems to be tied outdated drivers. I'll update all of my drivers, and see if that solves it.

verify the sata data/power cables to be complete and firm.

the early versions of winX had watchdog issues related to SSD driver updates.

memory management also could be related to amount of free-space on OS drive.

Thanks for the advice, I'll check all my cables. My OS shouldn't be full, but I'll pass that possibility onto FuzeDrive's support, and see if their software may be causing an issue with how Windows sees my boot drive. Thanks for the advice.
